  1. In compliance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) reservations are subject to acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.
  2. Pre-payment is required by the client to secure the accommodation.  Confirmation of the deposit payment is required by direct payment to the bank account for Leaves Signature Guest House.
  3. For international transfers: 
    • The rate is calculated in South African currency and payment is required in South African currency (ZAR).
    • Payment will be the net amount and has to be free of any commissions and / or bank charges.
    • Payment must be made into the South African Bank Account of the Leaves Signature Guest House.
  4. Please e-mail proof of payment to info@leaves.co.za or fax to +27 (0)86 665 6489.
  5. Alternatively credit card details for a direct debit.  We prefer Visa or MasterCard, but all major credit cards are accepted.
  6. The quoted rate includes breakfast and 14% VAT.
  7. Due to live booking options via internet, reservations are only secured on proof of payment of the required deposit on a first come, first served basis.  We cannot be held responsible for loss of a booking/s due to delayed payment.
  8. We do not accept cheque payments unless 10 working days are given for cheque clearance to validate a booking/s prior to arrival.
  9. Cancellation Policy:
    • Cancellations made up to forty eight (48) hours prior to the arrival date - no deposit will be retained.
    • Cancellations after the deadline, full deposit will be retained.
    • Non-arrivals – full deposit will be retained.
    • Reduction in room nights while checked in will be charged as follows:-
            • Accommodation less than 13 days, at least 48 hours notice of cancellation is required
            • Accommodation of 14 days or more at least 7 days notice of cancellation is required.
    No deposit will be retained should the room nights be sold at any of the above given cancellation stages.
  10. Delayed charges:
    Should we need to charge your account for any beverages, telephone charges, tours, Wi-Fi, etc., expensed after check-out, we will contact you explaining the reason for this charge within 5 days after departure.
  11. Non-Smoking Policy:
    Please note that Leaves Signature Guest House is a non-smoking facility. Should the non-smoking policy of our establishment be ignored, penalties will be levied without consultation. For your convenience ashtrays are available at designated smoking area
