Our home cooked gourmet meals, breakfast and dinner, are carefully prepared and often sparks discussion amongst our guests.

The aromatic scent of freshly brewed Sabie Valley coffee lingers in the early morning air. Scrumptious homemade bakes, Brucheta topped with poached egg, black forest ham and onion marmalade, brie and mushroom omelettes or potato rostis topped with smoked back bacon, poached egg, Haloumi cheese drizzled with lemon-herb are but a few of the selections on the decadent and ever-changing breakfast menu.

Our home-cooked dinners are ever popular for those frequent travellers tired of restaurant meals and take-outs. Seared salmon on a bed of cream pasta, scrumptious roasts and fresh garden veg, Pork belly slow cooked with Sage, Lamb cutlets, Portuguese salad with papaya and Parmagiano cheese, etc. Meals are specifically designed to suit individual guests' tastes and dietary preferences. The dining room is welcoming, sunny with large sliding doors which open onto and overlooking the sparkling pool. Weather permitting, breakfast is al fresco and in winter cosy with the fire warming the city’s winter air.
